Delivery within Australia

Free delivery within Australia on all orders over $50.
For orders under $50, delivery fee is $10.
Express post is $20.


Standard post delivery time to metro areas: 3-5 business days
Express post delivery time is 2 business days.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order.
We use Australia Post's eParcel service.
You can track your parcel here with the tracking number.

Please note that express orders will be dispatched on the next business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

For Asia Pacific region, we deliver to New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

New Zealand: $30AUD (free delivery for orders over $300)
Asia: $35AUD (free delivery for orders over $350)

For European countries, we deliver to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Spain, Israel, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and Ireland.

Europe & UK: $40AUD (free delivery for orders over $400)

International delivery can take 10-20 business days, depending on the local post office or courier service.

Australian orders are subject to 10% Goods and Services Tax, included in the prices shown on our website.

Duties, taxes, and any import fees for all international orders are not prepaid by Ettitude. Customers will be liable for all import duties and taxes levied by the country your order has been shipped to. These will be due at the time of or after delivery.

Ettitude is not liable for these charges, and these charges will not be reimbursed or refunded by us. If you are unsure of the charges that apply, please contact your local customs office for more information.

What is our 30 Night Sleep Trial policy?

We believe you should sleep on our bedding before you decide if you like it or not.

We take pride in our superior fabric, and we are confident you will fall in love with it as soon as you’ve slept on it. (You may not even want to get out of bed anymore, as many of our customers told us!)

It works like this - after you have received your bedding, you have 30 nights to sleep on it*. If at any point in the first 30 days you decide our sheets are just not for you, return your product for a full refund (excluding delivery fees).

Just send us an email at care@ettitude.com.au, and we’ll send you an Australia Post prepaid return label. Unfortunately, we cannot provide return labels for international orders.

You can reuse any paper or plastic bag to pack the return item, just ensure the parcel is sealed properly. We do not offer a refund on any packaging material costs.

*Our 30 Night Sleep Trial applies only to new customers’ first order at Ettitude on full-priced bedding products only. This includes sheet sets, duvet covers, fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases.

The following products are NOT included in the trial: sleepwear, our duvet/comforter range, pillows, pillow protectors, mattress protectors, eye masks, eye pillows, our waffle line, baby range, sleepwear, and other accessories.

Sale and discounted products are not eligible for the 30 Night Sleep Trial and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty.

Can I return an international order under the 30 Night Sleep Trial?

If you want to return an international order during the 30 Night Sleep Trial, please email care@ettitude.com.au to let us know.

Costs associated with the return process are the responsibility of the customer. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

What products can I return?

We can provide a store credit or exchange for most purchases within 30 days of delivery. We can not issue refunds for incorrect / wrong size / wrong colour purchases.

Under the Health Act, and for hygiene reasons, no product can be returned, exchanged or refunded if it has been used or washed, unless faulty (excluding products returned under our 30 Night Sleep Trial).

Sale and discounted products are not eligible for return, exchange or refund unless faulty.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that were purchased from a third party vendor or website. Please contact them directly to enquire about their returns and exchange policies.

What if I want to exchange my item for a different colour, size or product? If you would like to exchange an item you’ve received, please contact us at care@ettitude.com.au to let us know.

For the change of mind returns, we do not cover return postage costs. Please allow up to 2 weeks for exchange processing.

Store credit will be provided where an exchange product is unavailable.

What if my item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered?

We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However,
if you find our product is faulty, or we have not delivered what you ordered, we would like to help resolve the problem.

Returns for refund will be accepted for faulty products or delivered products that do not match your order. Please email us care@ettitude.com.au with a photo of the defect, or a description of the wrong item you received, as well as your order number so we can provide you a prepaid postage label and detailed return instructions.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are issued in the original payment form, minus any delivery and handling costs that may have been charged. i.e.: Paypal payments will be refunded via the Paypal account used on the original purchase.

Postage and return postage costs are non-refundable.

Can I exchange or get a refund on my order if I use Afterpay?

Afterpay orders are subject to standard Ettitude returns & exchange policy. What happens to my returned products?

We never resell a used product. All returned Ettitude p

roducts will be donated to local charities or animal shelters.
