Free delivery within Australia on all orders over $50.
For orders under $50, delivery fee is $10.

Standard delivery time to metro areas: 3-5 business days

Express Post is $20
Express delivery time: 2 business days

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. We use Australia Post eParcel service. You can track your parcel here with the tracking number.

Please note that express orders will be dispatched on the next business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

For Asia Pacific region, we deliver to New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

  • New Zealand: AUD$30 (free delivery for orders over $300)
  • Asia: AUD$35 (free delivery for orders over $350)

For European countries, we deliver to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Spain, Israel, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and Ireland.

International delivery can take 10-20 business days, depending on the local post office or courier service.

Taxes and Duties
Australian orders are subject to 10% Goods and Services Tax, included in the prices shown on our website.

Duties, taxes, and any import fees for all international orders are not prepaid by Ettitude. Customers will be liable for all import duties and taxes levied by the country your order has been shipped to. These will be due at the time of or after delivery.

Ettitude is not liable for these charges, and these charges will not be reimbursed or refunded by us. If you are unsure of the charges that apply, please contact your local customs office for more information.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your 30 Night Sleep Trial policy?

We believe you should sleep on our bedding before you decide if you like it or not. We take pride in our superior fabric, and we are confident you will fall in love with it too as soon as you have slept on it. You might not even want to get out of bed anymore, as many of our customers said so.

It works like this - after you have received your bedding, you have 30 nights* to sleep on it. If at any point, in the first 30 days, you decide our sheets are just not for you, return it for a full refund (excluding delivery fees). Just send us an email at care@ettitude.com.au, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label. For international returns, we won't be able to cover postage.

You can reuse any paper or plastic bag to pack the return item, just make sure the parcel is sealed properly. We do not offer a refund on any packaging material costs.

All other orders follow our standard return and exchange policy, except for faulty items.

Please take time to read the washing instructions on items before washing, as we cannot accept items for an exchange or refund if they have been damaged in the wash or washed incorrectly.

We also won't be able to refund any incorrect choice of size and colour.

*Please note: Our 30 Night Sleep Trial only applies to new customers’ first order at Ettitude on full-priced bedding products only. This includes sheet sets, duvet covers, fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillowcases.

Items NOT included in the trial: sleepwear, pyjamas, duvets, comforters, quilts, pillows, pillow protectors, mattress protectors, eye masks and eye pillows cannot be returned unless faulty due to hygiene reason.

Under the Sleep Trial, purchases may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Delivery is defined as the date the shipment was marked delivered by the carrier, according to the tracking information.

Can I return an international order during the 30 Night Sleep Trial?

If you want to return an international order during the 30 Night Sleep Trial, please email care@ettitude.com.au to let us know. Costs associated with the return process are the responsibility of the customer. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

What products can I return?

Sale and discounted products are not eligible for the 30 Night Sleep Trial and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty.

Under the Health Act and for hygiene reasons, towels, bathrobes, duvets, quilts, pillow protectors, mattress protectors, sleepwear, eye masks and eye pillows cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded if they have been used or washed, unless faulty.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that were purchased from a third party vendor or website. Please contact them directly to inquire their returns and exchanges policies.

What is your return policy for products that aren’t bedding?

All non-bedding products follow our standard return and exchange policy. They are not eligible for the 30 Night Sleep Trial. Only faulty products can be returned for a full refund.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are made in the original payment form, minus any delivery and handling costs that may have been charged. This means if you used store credits to buy, you will be refunded in store credits, if you paid with credit card or Paypal, you would be refunded in those.

In the event of a return, upgraded shipping, international shipping, and duty charges are non-refundable.

What if I want to exchange my item for a different colour or size or product?

If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to place a new order and send us back your exchange items and return form (click here to download) for a refund if they are unwashed, unworn and unused.

For the change of mind returns, return postage costs are at your expense. Please allow up to 2 weeks for exchange processing. Full refunds will be processed once products are received and inspected.

What if my item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered?

We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if you find our product is faulty, or we have not delivered what you ordered, we would like to help you resolve the problem.

Returns for refund will be accepted for faulty products or delivered products that do not match your order. Please email us care@ettitude.com.au with a photo of the defect, or a description of the wrong item you received, as well as your order number before sending the item back. And we will send you detailed instructions.

Can I exchange or get a refund on my order if I use Afterpay?

Afterpay is only available for orders delivered within Australia at this time. Afterpay orders are subject to standard Ettitude returns & exchange policy.

What happens to my returned products?

We never resell a used product. All returned Ettitude products will be donated to local charities or animal shelters.

Return Instructions
All returns can be made to the address below. Please note Ettitude is not liable for the loss and damage of an item being returned, we recommend that you post it using registered mail or post service with tracking number.

Domestic Return Instructions:

1. Prepare your package:
Download, print out and complete the return form, pack it with your return products securely with the original packaging and tags. You can reuse any plastic bag or paper bag to pack the item, just make sure the parcel is sealed properly.

2. Drop it in the mail : Take the parcel to your nearest post office to return to us.

3. Wait for your refund: Please allow 1-2 weeks for your parcel to be returned to our warehouse, and for the refund to be then processed. We’ll send you an email once the refund is on its way.

International Return Instructions:

Due to the added complexity of shipping internationally, we are not able to provide complimentary return shipping. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through Ettitude. These funds may be recoverable by contacting your local customs office directly.

1. Prepare your package: Download, print out and complete the return form, pack it with your return products securely with the original packaging and tags. You can reuse any plastic bag or paper bag to pack the item, just make sure the parcel is sealed properly.

2. Drop it in the mail: Use the courier service of your choice with tracking service to return your item(s) to us.

3. Wait for your refund: Return parcels may take multiple weeks to be delivered at our warehouse. Once your return has arrived, please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed. We’ll send you an email once the refund is on its way.
