What if I need to change my order?

If you need to change the products in your order, update your shipping address, or cancel an order please email your name and order number to care@ettitude.com and we would be happy to do what we can. We cannot guarantee any change requests as our warehouse team does what they can to ship out your order as fast as possible, but we will do our best to amend your order.

I forgot to add my code on the order, can I add it?

Email your order number and the code you were provided to care@ettitude.com and we would be happy to add valid codes to recently placed orders.

What if the item I am looking for is out of stock?

Not to worry! We’ll let you know when it’s available. Sign up for restock notifications on the product page to get an email notification when your desired product is back in stock. You’ll be the first to know when it’s available to ship. We also allow pre-order on some products when we will have stock to ship shortly, so keep you eyes peeled.

Certain products and/or colorways won’t be restocked to our site as we sustainably cycle through them. If you cannot sign up for restock notifications it’s because we won’t be replenishing.

What payment options are available?

We accept major credit and debit cards. We also accept payments via Afterpay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe & Amazon Pay.

How does Afterpay work?

We offer Afterpay Installments as a payment option for our AU customers, so you can enjoy now and pay later through four interest-free instalments. Afterpay splits your purchase into equal payments, charged to your credit or debit card automatically every two weeks beginning at the time your order is confirmed. My order never arrived, what do I do?

Typically, postal carriers are best suited to support delivery issues. Where needed, our team is also here to help. You can contact us at care@ettitude.com.au. Please note that as a company policy we are only able to replace or provide store credit for orders that do not arrive. We will not be able to provide refunds for misplaced orders.

When will my order arrive?

Standard shipping: Our current delivery time for metro areas is 3-5 business days. For non-Metro areas, it may take 5-7 business days. Please allow 2-3 extra business days for interstate delivery.

Express Post: Express Post is currently our fastest delivery option – and we'll continue to prioritise these deliveries. Express Post will be dispatched on the next business day where possible, excluding weekends and public holidays. At the moment, we unfortunately cannot guarantee next business day delivery.

International delivery: Due to a reduction in air freight capacity, our international delivery time frame is 2-4 business weeks, depending on your delivery destination.

How much does shipping cost?

-Orders over $50: enjoy free standard shipping.

What is carbon neutral shipping?

ettitude is Climate Neutral certified which means we offset the carbon footprint it takes to make & ship every ettitude product. Regardless of the shipping method you choose, or where you’re shipping to, we've committed to offsetting that waste for our customers. What is your return policy?

All unopened, unused, unwashed items can be returned for store credit within 30 days of your delivery date. Your first purchase of any regularly priced bedding items are covered under the 30 night Sleep Trial and are eligible for returns. Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty or defective. If you’re looking to return an item purchased via third-party vendors and websites, kindly contact them directly.

Holiday Return Policy

We’re extending holiday returns. Orders placed between November 19th and December 15th will be eligible for extended returns up until January 15th, 2022.

What if my item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered?

We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. If you experience an issue or error, we want to make it right. Please contact our care team at care@ettitude.com.au with a photo, written description of the issue and your order number. We’re more than happy to replace any goods that are deemed to be faulty.

How do I make a return?

Email your name and order number to care@ettitude.com.au and our customer service team will help you start the process.

What happens to my returned products?

As part of our Loop recycling program in partnership with Upparel, 100% of returned or faulty products have gotten a second chance through donation or textile recycling. Learn more about how to recycle your old bedding.

What is the 30 night Sleep Trial?

Feeling is believing—and we believe you’ll love it. Try select bedding risk-free for a full 30 nights. If you are not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund. The 30 nights begin when your bedding arrives. Feel free to enjoy and wash your bedding as usual.

What products apply to the Sleep Trial?

The 30 Night Sleep Trial applies to everything in our bedding category—sheet sets, duvet covers, fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, protectors, comforters, and crib sheets—that are not on final sale. Trial only valid on your first order containing bedding products. Only one order of bedding inserts (comforters and pillow) are eligible for return per customer, household, order and/or delivery address. Shop Sleep Trial eligible bedding here.

What’s the process for returning Sleep Trial items?

It is our hope that you love your ettitude bedding. If you are not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return by emailing your name and order number to care@ettitude.com.au. We will send you a prepaid return label. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 days of receiving your returned item(s).

Can I return an international order under the 30 Night Sleep Trial?

International orders are covered under the Sleep Trial; however, ettitude does not cover Sleep Trial returns’ shipping costs. Please contact us at care@ettitude.com.au to initiate a return.

What's the difference between ettitude bamboo bed sheets and other brands?

Our bamboo sheets are made of the world’s first CleanBamboo™, one of the most sustainable and innovative textile materials of the 21st century. Other bamboo beddings are made from either 100% bamboo viscose (also known as bamboo rayon), or 100% bamboo modal, which require the use of harmful chemicals. Our patented CleanBamboo fabric that is stronger and softer than bamboo rayon, free from harmful chemicals and requires less energy and water to produce. Learn more about bamboo fabric blends.

What's the difference between your Sateen, Sateen+ and Twill products?

Sateen is our signature fabric. Made with CleanBamboo™ from 100% sustainably sourced bamboo —the most resource-efficient plant on the planet—our material is cloud-soft, cooling, and sustainable. Our Sateen+ products have the same look and feel as our Sateen line but the CleanBamboo fibre is infused with naturally antimicrobial bamboo charcoal to absorb unwanted odors, wick away moisture and reduce bacteria by 99.9%. Our Twill products are made from our CleanBamboo fiber and utilizes a twill weave—the same weave used in denim jeans—to create a slightly heavier and more durable feel compared to Sateen and Sateen+. Are your products free from toxins and harmful chemicals?

Our products are made from bamboo that is grown and produced without harmful chemicals, fertilizers or pesticides.

Our bedding, sleepwear and bath lines have been certified according to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® SH065 176027 TESTEX & SH020 181242 TESTEX www.oeko-tex.com/standard100. This certifies that our products—from fabric to thread to buttons—are free from harmful chemicals or toxins, making them safe for you to use.

Are your products suitable for people with long-term sickness, skin problems, and infants?

Our CleanBamboo™ fabric is hypoallergenic, breathable and free from harmful chemicals. Our products are suitable for every skin type, including sensitive acne-prone skin, eczema, dermatitis and psoriasis. Infused with naturally antimicrobial bamboo charcoal, our CleanBamboo™ charcoal products are also proven to reduce bacteria by 99.9% compared to cotton.

What dye do you use?

We use non-toxic, eco-friendly AVITERA® SE reactive dyes which are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified. These dyes reduce water and energy consumption by up to 50%, salt consumption by 20% and overall cycle time by 25%. Furthermore, the dyes comply with the Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC) Group’s manufacturing restricted substances list.

I’ve noticed some color variation. Why?

Our fabrics are made in small dye lots, meaning that unique batches sometimes have a slight color tone variation. It is very difficult to ensure unique batches are 100% the same in color without using the harshest of chemicals, so we’ve prioritized our commitment to sustainability over guaranteeing an exact color match every time.

Do bamboo sheets shrink?

Our CleanBamboo™ sheets are pre-washed and pre-shrunk. We have also included a small margin on the bedding size for unforeseen shrinkage. That said, we do not recommend drying your CleanBamboo™ sheets using high heat.

Do your sheets have a thread count?

Our CleanBamboo sheets have a thread count of 300, which is equivalent to 1,000 thread count in cotton. While we’re proud of that, we also know that based on recent innovations, thread count is no longer the most important factor when deciding on sheets. Rather, the quality of the raw fiber and the weave of the sheets are the most important factors.

How do I care for my bamboo bedding?

Our CleanBamboo products come with care labels that detail washing instructions. We recommend cold machine wash with like fabrics on gentle or delicate setting, line dry or tumble dry low. And please, no bleach or fabric softener—it doesn’t get softer than CleanBamboo™!

What is the difference between your Bamboo and Down Alternative (DA) Quilt?

-Fluffier filling: DA is made with Recycled PET and CleanBamboo filling which makes it more plush and full. Our Bamboo Quilt is made only from CleanBamboo and sits flatter on your mattress.
-Ideal for transeasonal climate: DA Quilt sits between our Bamboo Summer & Winter Weight Quilt making it ideal for a range of temperatures.
-Machine washable: DA Quilt is easy to care for, machine washable and the filling doesn’t clump after washes. Our Bamboo Quilt are dry clean only.

Now that I’ve bought ettitude sheets, what can I do with my old sheets?

We’ve partnered with Upparel to create Loop; our textile recycling program. You can take sustainable action by recycling old/unwanted bedding, towels and clothing. You’ll even get a $25 gift card from us to say thank you. Learn more about the program here.

How do I apply?

Fill out our application form expect one to two weeks to confirm your acceptance. Once accepted, you will receive an exclusive discount on all your ettitude orders, valid for one year and renewable annually.

What is the Comfort Collective?

The Comfort Collective is a loyalty program that rewards you while you rest. As a member, you’ll earn points for every ettitude purchase, for every person you refer to ettitude, and more. You’ll also receive early access to new products and promotions.

How do I earn points?

The first step to earning points is creating an account. After that, you can earn points for every purchase, for following ettitude on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, or for referring friends. Plus, when you join the Comfort Collective, you’ll also get a birthday gift from us. Points can be redeemed at a minimum of 200 points and a maximum of 1500 points per order.

How do I redeem my points?

  1. Login to your Comfort Collective account.
  2. Add your items to cart.
  3. Continue to checkout.
  4. In your order summary at checkout, select the amount of points you would like to redeem from the dropdown menu.
How many points do I have?

Simply login to your Comfort Collective account to find out how many points you have. You can also see your rewards history to find out when and how you’ve collected points. If you have any questions, please reach out to care@ettitude.com.au.

Why am I missing points?

If you’ve completed a task to earn points, but they are not reflected in your points balance or rewards history, please reach out to care@ettitude.com.au with your Comfort Collective account email address and all details regarding the missing points.

What happens to my points when I return items?

When returning items, points that were earned from that purchase will be deducted from your Comfort Collective account. If you redeemed any points with that purchase, they will be returned to your account.

Can I redeem points If I have a discount code?

Sadly, no. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with Comfort Collective points. You can, however, use them on final sale items and alongside gift cards.

Do my points expire?

Points expire after 12 months of inactivity, meaning after you have not earned or redeemed any points within 12 months.

What if I placed an order before creating an account?

Orders placed before The Comfort Collective was launched in early June 2021 will not be counted toward point totals. However, if you have made a purchase after the launch, the points that you earned from that purchase will be linked to the email address associated with that order. If you make an account with the same email address, your points will be accessible in your account.

Are wholesale customers eligible to receive points?

No, unfortunately they are not.

How do I redeem my birthday reward?

All Comfort Collective members who have entered their birthday will automatically receive their reward on their birthday. If you join less than 30 days before your birthday, your points will be issued 30 days after creating your account.

How does the refer-a-friend program work?

Introduce your friends and family to ettitude and they’ll receive $30 off their first order of $150+, plus you’ll get 600 points ($30 value) in your account for every eligible referral. The more friends that complete a purchase, the more rewards you earn! There is no limit to the amount of people you can refer. When you make a successful referral, your 600 point reward will be redeemable at checkout through your ettitude account. You must be logged in to redeem. If you do not have an ettitude account, simply sign up here and your points will be redeemable for any referrals from June 7, 2021 onwards. You are unable to refer yourself using an alternate account or email address. Referrals are only valid to new customers, on orders of $150+ and cannot be combined with other offers.
