1. You may return all purchases on our website for a full refund or exchange other than on reduced items (unless faulty). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
2. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail regarding your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
3. All returned items must be in perfect unused or unworn condition, complete with original packaging and must be received by us within 90 days of purchase. Also please include the original receipt with the product. Pending an inspection, a refund will be issued for all returns meeting above requirements. Store credit will be issued for all returns received more than 21 days after purchase and/or without receipt, original packaging or new condition. Refunds and store credits will be issued for the value of the item(s) including taxes.
4. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
5. Return postage of products is not refundable unless product is deemed faulty. We will, however, forward any replacement items to you free of charge.
6. For your protection, we recommend that you send your return package by registered post or a traceable carrier. ettitude is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
